phislot Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phislot ("phislot," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phislot website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the phislot Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through phislot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

phislot reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phislot will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

To register and use the phislot Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phislot, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phislot Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out above. phislot reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

To access the full range of phislot services, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active phislot account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phislot reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. phislot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

You must notify phislot immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phislot recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and applicable Philippine law, phislot may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

phislot supports deposits and withdrawals through regulated Philippine payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phislot currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card (Visa/Mastercard debit issued by Philippine banks)

phislot does not accept deposits or withdrawals via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any other payment method not listed above. Attempts to fund an account using prohibited payment methods will be declined and may trigger a security review.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. phislot targets a processing time of 15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. phislot reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or security review.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on the phislot Platform are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and PAGCOR regulations. phislot reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

phislot may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.
• phislot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• phislot reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phislot Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phislot account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.

All content on the phislot Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of phislot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phislot.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phislot, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

phislot does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phislot makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

phislot is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.

phislot strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction required by PAGCOR. We do not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. If you are concerned about a minor accessing gambling services, please contact us immediately.

phislot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, phislot reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real money balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

phislot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phislot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, phislot will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the phislot Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. phislot operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phislot Platform shall first be submitted to phislot's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
